When do I collect my rice packages?

Rice packages are distributed three times a year — Sallah, Easter, and Christmas. You can choose a convenient time to collect within these distribution periods.

When can I collect my daily savings and electronic items?

You can withdraw your daily savings anytime you wish. Household or electronic items can be collected once your savings card is fully completed. See here for electronics items.
